  Ensure the device is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included; our team will verify the technical condition upon arrival.

  Secure Pickup

  Once approved, a courier will be dispatched to your location within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After a successful quality check, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
